ਮਿਤੀ 30-06-2023 ਨੂੰ ਇੰਸ: ਰਾਜੇਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਮੁੱਖ ਅਫਸਰ ਥਾਣਾ ਰਾਮਾਮੰਡੀ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੀ ਅਗੁਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ASI ਰੂਪ ਲਾਲ ਸਮੇਤ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਗਸ਼ਤ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੂਰੀਆ ਇਨਕਲੇਵ ਤੋਂ ਕਾਜੀ ਮੰਡੀ ਰੋਡ ਤੇ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਸੂਰੀਆ ਇਨਕਲੇਵ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਾਲੀ ਸਾਇਡ ਤੋਂ 2 ਮੋਨੋ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਇੱਕ . ਮੋਟਰਸਾਇਕਲ ਪਰ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜੋ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਕੇ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਇਕਲ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਛਾਂਹ ਨੂੰ ਮੋੜ ਕੇ ਭੱਜਣ ਲੱਗੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ASI ਨੇ ਸਾਥੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੱਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਕਾਬੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਮ ਪਤਾ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕ੍ਰਮਵਾਰ ਆਪਣਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਾਮ ਸੰਨੀ @ ਚਿੱਟਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਰਾਮ ਲਾਲ ਵਾਸੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਧੰਨੋਵਾਲੀ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਅਤੇ ਮੋਹਿਤ ਥਾਪਰ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤੀਰਥ ਰਾਮ ਵਾਸੀ NA-246 ਨੇੜੇ ਬਾਬਾ ਬਾਲਕ ਨਾਥ ਮੰਦਰ ਕਿਸ਼ਨਪੁਰਾ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੱਸਿਆ। ਜੋ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਪਾਸੋ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਇਕਲ ਮਾਰਕਾ Bajaj Platina ਨੰਬਰੀ PB08-FC-1165 ਦੇ ਕਾਗਜਾਤ ਦਿਖਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ, ਜੋ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਕੋਈ ਤੱਸਲੀਬਖਸ਼ ਜੁਆਬ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇ ਸਕੇ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਇਕਲ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸਖਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਪੁੱਛ ਗਿੱਛ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਇਕਲ ਰਾਮਾਮੰਡੀ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿੱਚੋ ਚੋਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਜਿਸਤੋਂ ਸੰਨੀ ਉਰਫ ਚਿੱਟਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੋਹਿਤ ਥਾਪਰ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਨੰਬਰ 192 ਮਿਤੀ 30-06-2023 ਅ/ਧ 379/411/34 ਭ:ਦ ਥਾਣਾ ਰਾਮਾਮੰਡੀ ਜਲੰਧਰ’ ਦਰਜ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਸਬ ਜਾਬਤਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਜੋ ਦੋਰਾਨੇ ਪੁੱਛਗਿਛ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਸੰਨੀ ਉਰਫ ਚਿੱਟਾ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ 1 ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਚੋਰੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ ਤਹਿਤ ਥਾਣਾ ਰਾਮਾਮੰਡੀ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਹੀ ਦਰਜ ਹੈ ਜਦਕਿ ਮੋਹਿਤ ਥਾਪਰ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ 4 ਮੁਕੱਦਮੇ – ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ NDPS Act ਤਹਿਤ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਥਾਣਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਜ ਹਨ। ਦੋਨੋ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਕੇ 2 ਦਿਨ ਦਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਚੋਰੀ ਦੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹੋਰ ਵਾਰਦਾਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਵਾਰਦਾਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਰ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਖਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਪੁੱਛ ਗਿੱਛ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
