ਮਿਤੀ 29-05-2023 ਨੂੰ ਧਰਮਪਾਲ ਵਾਸੀ ਸੰਤੋਸ਼ੀ ਨਗਰ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਨੇ ਇਤਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿ ਉਸਦੀ ਲੜਕੀ ਰੀਆ (ਕਾਲਪਨਿਕ ਨਾਮ) ਜੋ ਕਿ ਮਿਤੀ 24-05-2023 ਨੂੰ ਦੁਪਿਹਰ ਕਰੀਬ 2 ਵਜੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਤੋਂ ਘਰ ਵਾਪਸ ਆ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਪਿਹਰ ਵਕਤ ਸਾਰਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਸੋ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਜੱਦ ਧਰਮਪਾਲ ਕਰੀਬ 5 ਵਜੇ ਉਠਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਸਨੇ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸਦੀ ਲੜਕੀ ਰੀਆ ਉਥੇ ਮੋਜੂਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਮੋਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਜੀਆ ਲਾਲ ਵਾਸੀ ਕਿਰਾਏਦਾਰ, ਮੁਰਗੇ ਦਾ ਮਕਾਨ, ਸੰਤੋਸ਼ੀ ਨਗਰ ਜਲੰਧਰ, ਵਿਆਹ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਨੀਅਤ ਨਾ ਵਰਗਲਾ ਕੇ ਲੈ ਗਿਆ ਜੋ ਇਸ ਕੰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਦਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਜੀਆ ਲਾਲ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਭਗਵਾਨ ਦਾਸ ਵਾਸੀ ਨੇੜੇ ਮੁਰਗਨ ਮੰਦਰ, ਸੰਤੋਸ਼ੀ ਨਗਰ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵੀ ਉਸਦਾ ਸਾਥ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਤੋਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ASI ਸਤਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਨੰਬਰ 149 ਮਿਤੀ 29-05-2023 ਅਧ 363,366ਏ,120ਬੀ,376 ਭ:ਦ % ਪੋਕਸੋ ਐਕਟ 2012 ਥਾਣਾ ਰਾਮਾਮੰਡੀ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦਰਜ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਜੀਆ ਲਾਲ ਉਕਤ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਤੀ 30-05-2023 ਨੂੰ ਹਸਬ ਜਾਬਤਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਜਿਸ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਦੋਰਾਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਉਸਦੇ ਲੜਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਅਗਵਾ ਸ਼ੁਦਾ ਲੜਕੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਪੁੱਛ ਗਿੱਛ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਪਰ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਲੜਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਅਗਵਾ ਸ਼ੁਦਾ ਲੜਕੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੋਈ ਸੁਰਾਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗਾ ਸੀ।
ਦੋਰਾਨੇ ਤਫਤੀਸ਼ ਟੈਕਨੀਕਲ ਸੈੱਲ ਦੀ ਮੱਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਮੋਨੂੰ ਦੋ ਮੋਬਾਇਲ ਫੋਨ ਨੂੰ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਟ੍ਰੇਸ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਸੇ ਲੜੀ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੱਕੀ ਇਤਲਾਹ ਮਿਲੀ ਕਿ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਮੋਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਵਕਤ ਦੂਸਰੀ ਸਟੇਟ ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੋਜੂਦ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਦੇਰੀ INSP ਨਵਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੁੱਖ ਅਫਸਰ ਥਾਣਾ ਰਾਮਾਮੰਡੀ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਿਤੀ 09-06-2023 ਨੂੰ ਰਾਤ ਵਕਤ ਇੱਕ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ASI ਸਤਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਲੀਡ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ, ਨੂੰ ਮੁਨਾਸਿਬ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਦੂਸਰੀ ਸਟੇਟ ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਰਵਾਨਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਜੋ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਦੇ ਤਫਤੀਸ਼ੀ ਅਫਸਰ ASI ਸਤਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਮੇਤ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵੱਲੋ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਮੋਬਾਇਲ ਨੰਬਰ ਦੀ ਲੋਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉਕਤ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਤੀ 10-06-2023 ਨੂੰ ਬਰਾਈਪਾਰਾ ਥਾਣਾ ਕੁਮਾਰਗੰਜ ਜਨਪਦ, ਅਯੋਧਿਆ, ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਗਵਾ ਸ਼ੁਦਾ ਲੜਕੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸਹੀ ਸਲਾਮਤ ਕਾਇਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਕਰਮਚਾਰਣ ਦੀ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਹੇਠ ਬ੍ਰਾਮਦ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਦੋਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯੂ.ਪੀ. ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਗਿਆ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਮੋਨੂੰ ਉਕਤ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਜੋਲ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਪੀੜਤ ਅਗਵਾ ਸ਼ੁਦਾ ਲੜਕੀ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਗਏ ਤੇ ਉਸਦਾ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਵੀ ਸਿਵਲ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਤੋਂ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।ਪੀੜਤ ਲੜਕੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਸਦੇ ਵਾਰਸਾ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਕੀਤਾ
