ਮਿਤੀ 12-07-2023 ਨੂੰ ANTI NARCOTICS CELL ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰੇਟ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਟੀਮ ਬਾਏ ਬੱਲ ਥੱਲੇ ਫਾਰਮ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ ਚੌਂਕ ਮੇਨ ਹਾਈਵੇ ਤੋਂ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਲਾਈਨ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਮੋਨਾ ਨੋਜਵਾਨ ਐਕਟਿਵਾ ਨੰਬਰੀ PB02-EF-3609 ਰੰਗ ਗਰੇ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਖੱਬੇ ਹੱਥ ਐਕਟਿਵਾ ਦੀ ਸਾਈਡ ਤੇ ਇਕ ਕਾਲੇ ਰੰਗ ਦਾ ਵਜਨਦਾਰ ਮੋਮੀ ਲਿਫਾਫਾ ਟੰਗਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ, ਮੇਨ ਹਾਈਵੇ ਮਕਸੂਦਾ ਸਾਈਡ ਤੋਂ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਲਾਈਨ ਪਰ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਜੋ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਖੜੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ ਘਬਰਾ ਕੇ ਯਕਦਮ ਐਕਟਿਵਾ ਰੋਕ ਕੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜਣ ਲੱਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਪਈ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਐਕਟਿਵਾ ਸਲਿੱਪ ਕਰਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਕਤ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਜਮੀਨ ਤੇ ਡਿੱਗ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਠ ਕੇ ਭੱਜਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ। ਜਿਸ ਤੇ ਹਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ANTI NARCOTICS CELL ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰੇਟ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਉਕਤ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਬੂ ਕਰਕੇ ਨਾਮ ਪਤਾ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਾਮ ਸੋਰਵ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਲੇਟ ਚਰਨ ਦਾਸ ਵਾਸੀ HNO. 34 ਗਲੀ ਨੰ 1 ਗਿਲਵਾਰੀ ਗੇਟ, ਨੇੜੇ ਥਾਣਾ ਡਵੀਜਨ ਨੰ. C ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੱਸਿਆ। ਜਿਸ ਪਾਸੋਂ 510 ਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਹੈਰੋਇਨ, ਇੱਕ ਪਿਸਟਲ ਸਮੇਤ 5 ਜਿੰਦਾ ਰੋਦ ਅਤੇ ਇਕ ਐਕਟਿਵਾ ਬ੍ਰਾਮਦ ਹੋਏ। ਜਿਸ ਤੇ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ SI ਮੋਹਣ ਲਾਲ 3402 ਨੇ ਆਰੋਪੀ ਵਿਰੁਧ ਥਾਣਾ ਡਵੀਜਨ ਨੰ. 8 ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਮੁੱਕਦਮਾ ਨੰਬਰ 145 ਮਿਤੀ 12.07.2023 ਅਧ 25.54-59 Arms Act, 21C-61-85 NDPS ACT ਥਾਣਾ ਡਵੀਜਨ ਨੰ. 8 ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰੇਟ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦਰਜ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਕਤ ਆਰੋਪੀ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਗਲੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਅਮਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆਂਦੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
