ਜਲੰਧਰ ਕੈਂਟ(ਰਾਹੁਲ ਅਗਰਵਾਲ): ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਚਾਹਲ, ਆਈ.ਪੀ.ਐਸ., ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਵੱਲੋ ਮਾੜੇ ਅਨਸਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਬੂ ਕਰਨ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਚਲਾਈ ਗਈ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਅਦਿੱਤਿਆ ਆਈ.,ਪੀ.,ਐਸ, ਏ.ਡੀ.ਸੀ.ਪੀ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸਿਟੀ-2 ਜਲੰਧਰ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ, ਪੀ.ਪੀ.ਐਸ., ਏ.ਸੀ.ਪੀ-5, ਸਬ-ਡਵੀਜ਼ਨ ਕੈਂਟ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੀਆ ਹਦਾਇਤਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ ਜਸਮੇਲ ਕੌਰ ਸੰਧੂ, ਮੁੱਖ ਅਫਸਰ ਥਾਣਾ ਕੈਂਟ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਏ.ਐਸ.ਆਈ. ਮੁਖਤਿਆਰ ਸਿੰਘ 828/ਜਲੰਧਰ ਸਮੇਤ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੁਸਿਹਰਾ ਗਰਾਊਂਡ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਮੁਖਬਰ ਖਾਸ ਨੇ ਏ.ਐਸ.ਆਈ ਨੂੰ ਇਤਲਾਹ ਕਿ ਨਿਤਿਨ ਰਾਏ ਉਰਫ ਕਾਲੂ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਜਸਵੰਤ ਰਾਏ ਵਾਸੀ 82 ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਹੈਡ ਕੁਆਟਰ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਕੈਂਟ ਚੋਰੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਇਕਲ ਪਰ ਸਵਾਰ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਕੈਂਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੁੰਮ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਜਿਸ ਤੇ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਨੰਬਰ 46 ਮਿਤੀ 19.04.2023 ਅ/ਧ 379,411 ਭ:ਦ: ਥਾਣਾ ਕੈਂਟ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦਰਜ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਏ.ਐਸ.ਆਈ. ਮੁਖਤਿਆਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦੌਰਾਨੇ ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਨਿਤਿਨ ਰਾਏ ਉਰਫ ਕਾਲੂ ਨੂੰ ਚੋਰੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਇਕਲ ਸਮੇਤ ਕਾਬੂ ਕਰਕੇ ਹਸਬ ਜਾਬਤਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਨਿਤਿਨ ਰਾਏ ਉਰਫ ਕਾਲੂ ਉਕਤ ਮਿਤੀ 20.04.2023 ਨੂੰ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਕੇ ਜੱਜ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਪਾਸੋ 01 ਦਿਨ ਦਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਹਾਸਿਲ ਕੀਤਾ। ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਪਰ ਨਿਤਿਨ ਰਾਏ ਉਰਫ ਕਾਲੂ ਨੇ ਦੌਰਾਨੇ ਪੁਛਗਿਛ 09 ਸਾਇਕਲ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਕੰਪਨੀਆ ਦੇ ਬ੍ਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ। ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
