ਮਿਤੀ 16-07.2023 ਨੂੰ ਐਸ.ਆਈ ਰਕੇਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੰਬਰ 1158 ਸਮੇਤ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵੇਰਕਾ ਮਿਲਾ ਪਲਾਂਟ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਰੱਦ ਹੋਏ ਸਲੇਮ ਪਰ ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਤੇ ਗਦਾਈਪੁਰ ਪੁਲੀ ਤਰਣ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਜਦੋਂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਸਵਰਨ ਪਾਰਕ ਮਹਲਾ ਪਾਸ ਪੁੱਜੀ ਤਾਂ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਤੋਂ 2 ਮੋਨੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਪੈਦਲ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦਿਤੇ । ਜਿਹਨਾ ਵਿਚ ਇਕ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਮੋਢੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਨੀਲੇ ਰੰਗ ਦਾ ਕਿੱਟ ਖੇਡ ਪਾਇਆ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵਜਨਦਾਰ ਕਾਲੇ ਰੰਗ ਦਾ ਲਿਫਾਫਾ ਫੜਿਆ ਸੀ। ਜੋ ਐਸ.ਆਈ ਰੁਕੇਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ 1158 ਸਮੇਤ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੱਕ ਹੋਣ ਤੇ ਗੱਡੀ ਰੋਕਣ ਲੱਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਦੋਨੋਂ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਕੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰ ਪਏ । ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਥੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਕਾਬੂ ਕਰਕੇ ਨਾਮ ਪਤਾ ਪੁਛਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਬੈਗ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੇ ਅਖਾਣਾ ਨਾਮ ਦਿਆ ਨੰਦ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਦ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸਰਬ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਦ ਵਾਸੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਪਦਮਾ ਥਾਣਾ ਮਨਤੂ ਜਿਲਾ ਪਲਾਮੂ ਝਾਰਖੰਡ ਤੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਕਾਲੇ ਰੰਗ ਦੇ ਲਿਫਾਫੇ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਾਮ ਰਾਮੂ ਯਾਦਵ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸੀਤਾ ਰਾਮ ਯਾਦਵ ਵਾਸੀ ਪੀਲੀਘਾਟ ਜਾਣਾ ਬਹਾਦਰਪੁਰ ਜਿਲਾ ਦਰਗੰਗਾ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਹਾਲ ਵਾਸੀ ਏਕਮ ਸਵੀਟਸ ਸ਼ਾਪ ਪੁਲੀ ਗਦਈਪੁਰ ਥਾਣਾ ਡਵੀਜਨ ਨੰਬਰ 8 ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੱਸਿਆ।
ਜੋ ਐਸ.ਆਈ ਰਕੇਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ 1158 ਵਲੋਂ ਦਿਆ ਨੰਦ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦ ਢੇ ਬੈਗ ਦੀ ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਬੈਗ ਵਿੱਚੋ ਕਪੜਿਆ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਕਾਲੇ ਰੰਗ ਦਾ ਲਿਫਾਫੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਈ ਹੋਈ ਅਫੀਮ ਸ਼ਾਮਦ ਹੋਈ ਜੋ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਅਫੀਮ ਦਾ ਵਜਨ ਕਰਨ ਤੋ 600 ਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਹੋਈ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਮੂ ਯਾਦਵ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੜੇ ਕਾਲੇ ਰੰਗ ਦੇ ਲਿਫਾਫੇ ਨੂੰ ਚੈਕ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਅਫੀਮ ਬ੍ਰਾਮਦ ਹੋਈ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਵਜਨ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ 400 ਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਹੋਈ। ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਨ ਦਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਹੋਰ ਸਖਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
