भामिया कलां: चंडीगढ़ रोड पर उस समय स्थिति तानवपूर्ण हो गई जब ट्रक की चपेट में आने से 6 वर्षीय बच्चे की मौत हो गई। घटना सुबह करीब 8 बजे की बताई जा रही है, जब मां अपने बच्चे को स्कूल छोड़ने जा रही थी।
जानकारी के अनुसार मृतक विवान की मां मोनिका ओबराए पत्नी सुमित ओबराए एक्टिवा से उसे वर्द्धमान कालोनी स्थित एक प्राईवेट स्कूल में छोड़ने के लिए जा रही थी। जब वह चंडीगढ़ रोड पर पहुंची तो लुधियाना साइड से आ रहे एक ट्रक ने मां-बेटे को अपनी चपेट में ले लिया। ट्रक के पिछले टायर में विवाक का सिर और मां मोनिका का पैर आ गया, जिसे कुचलते हुए ट्रक निकल गया।
इस हादसे में बेटे की तो मौके पर ही मौत जबकि मां गंभीर घायल हो गई, जिसे अस्पताल में भर्ती करवाया गया है। वहीं सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस ने मौके पर पहुंच कर ट्रक ड्राईवर को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। मृतक के पिता के बयान के आधार पर पुलिस ने ट्रक ड्राईवर के खिलाफ केस दर्ज कर लिया है और बच्चे के शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया है।
