पूरे देश में महंगाई चरम पर पहुंच गई है. हरी मिर्च, प्याज, आलू, लौकी और भिंडी सहित लगभग सभी हरी सब्जियां महंगी हो गई हैं. लेकिन सबसे ज्यादा आम लोगों को टमाटर की बढ़ती कीमतें रूला रही हैं.
देश में टमाटर इतना महंगा हो गया है कि लाखों परिवारों ने इसे खाना ही छोड़ दिया है. एक महीने पहले तक 20 रुपये किलो मिलने वाला टमाटर अब 150 से लेकर 250 रुपये किलो तक बिक रहा है. दिल्ली में जहां एक किलो टमाटर की कीमत 140 से 160 रुपये है, वहीं कई राज्यों में यह 200 रुपये से भी महंगा हो गया है. ऐसे में लोगों ने जन्मदिन पर या किसी पार्टी- फंक्शन में गिफ्ट के तौर पर टमाटर देना शुरू कर दिया है.
अभी गिफ्ट के रूप में टमाटर देने का ताजा मामला महाराष्ट्र में सामने आया है. यहां के ठाणे जिले में एक महिला को उसके जन्मदिन पर लोगों ने गिफ्ट के तौर पर उसे टमाटर दिए. खास बात यह है कि बर्डे पार्टी पर उसे कुल 4 किलो टमाटर गिफ्ट के रुप में मिले. वहीं, महिला भी गिफ्ट में टमाटर मिलने से काफी खुश है. उसका कहना है कि इस महंगाई में टमाटर गिफ्ट में मिलना किसी सपने के साकार होने से कम नहीं है.
महिला को 4 किलो मिला टमाटर
मीडिया रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, महिला ठाणे जिला स्थित कल्याण के कोछाडी की रहने वाली है. उसका नाम सोनल बोरसे है. सोनल बोरसे का रविवार को जन्मदिन था. ऐसे में उसने अपने घर पर एक छोटी सी पार्टी रखी थी. पार्टी में आए रिश्तेदारों ने महिला को गिफ्ट में 4 किलो से अधिक टमाटर दिए. वहीं, महिला के किसी रिश्तेदार ने सोशल मीडिया पर टमाटर का वीडिया बनाकर डाल दिया, जो अब खूब वायरल हो रहा है और चर्चा का विषय भी बन गया है.
इन लोगों ने दिया गिफ्ट
वायरल वीडियो में आप देख सकते हैं कि महिला केक काट रही है और टेबल पर उसके बगल एक टोकरी रखी हुई है, जिसमें टमाटर भरा हुआ है. वहीं, बोरसे का कहना है कि वह गिफ्ट में टमाटर मिलने से काफी खुश है. उसके अपने भाई, चाचा और चाची ने गिफ्ट में टमाटर दिए हैं.
मुंबई में यहां से हो रही टमाटर की सप्लाई
बता दें बारिश की वजह से टमाटर की फसल बर्बाद हो गई है. इससे मार्केट में टमाटर की सप्लाई कम हो गई है, जिससे कीमतें बढ़ गईं. अभी मुंबई में पुणे, नासिक और जुन्नार से टमाटर की सप्लाई हो रही है. इसके बावजूद भी टमाटर महंगा है. लोगों को एक किलो टमाटर के लिए 140 रुपये से लेकर 250 रुपये तक खर्च करने पड़े रहे हैं.
